Refund Policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective goods and also offer exchanges. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item. Damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing parts, and material differences from the description are also eligible for review.

Request within 30 days

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Eligible merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original condition, with its original packaging, labels, and supplied accessories. Give the order number, checkout email, and reason. For a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete item, include photographs or video of the goods and packaging.

Returning by mail

Wait for our authorization before mailing anything back. A free return label is included with the parcel. Returns are by mail, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

After approval

We process an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. The financial provider may take additional time to show the credit.
