Shipping Policy

Delivery is available for orders and destinations accepted at checkout. Review that screen for shipping charges, available services, and any free-shipping eligibility.

Preparation and transit

We normally process an order in approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery takes 3–5 business days in transit after carrier handover. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; holidays, demand, weather, verification, and carrier interruptions may affect timing.

Address and tracking

Provide an accurate street and unit address, city, state, postal code, email, and phone. Incomplete details may delay dispatch. Tracking updates are sent to the order email and may appear only after a carrier scan.

When delivery needs attention

Send your order number, checkout email, and tracking number if a parcel is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but missing. Check safe places and household recipients while we review the carrier record. Keep damaged goods and packaging and provide photos or video. Checkout restrictions, remote destinations, customs where applicable, and unsafe delivery conditions may limit service.
